The operator behind the firm, and the discipline behind every engagement.
ACMSP was founded by an operator, not an advisor. Our founder spent 25+ years inside the development industry, including five years running one of the largest brand-program modernization initiatives in QSR history, before building this firm to bring the operator's perspective to the owner's representation seat.
That distinction matters. The construction industry is full of advisors who've never run a project under owner-side pressure. ACMSP is built around the conviction that an Owner's Representative who has actually deployed $1B+ of capital, managed ~1,300 simultaneous builds at portfolio scale, and reported up to corporate leadership on every variance brings a level of judgment that no firm staffed only with consultants can match.
Founder & President
"I run ACMSP because the construction industry needs a firm that sits on the owner's side of the table, without exception, without conflict, without dilution."
Asa founded ACM Solution Partners in 2023 after 25+ years inside the development industry, most recently as Development Officer for McDonald's Corporation. In that role he led real estate, construction, and property management activities across a six-state field office, contributing to the firm-wide Bigger Bolder Vision modernization initiative that delivered approximately 1,300 location modernizations over five years and represented more than $1B in capital deployed.
Before stepping into the Development Officer role, Asa spent more than 13 years inside McDonald's construction operations, first as Area Construction Manager in Phoenix beginning in 2007, then as Regional Construction Manager from 2013 through 2021. He served as Construction Manager in the Rocky Mountain Region with activities across eight states before transitioning to the Baltimore-Washington Region. Across those roles, he managed brand-program execution at every level of the operational hierarchy: jobsite to portfolio, single-store to multi-state, area to corporate leadership review.
Earlier in his career, Asa was a senior civil engineering project designer with Wood Patel & Associates and Aztec Engineering in Phoenix, where he led design work across retail, public works, land development, water and wastewater design, and metro rail design projects.
Asa holds a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
Based in the Washington-Baltimore metro area, Asa volunteers with local youth programs and is rooted in the community ACMSP serves. He believes capital projects are public trusts in disguise. Every dollar deployed should be held to the same standard of care, whether the source is a school district's bond, a corporate balance sheet, or a single owner's lifetime savings. That conviction is the foundation of every engagement ACMSP accepts.
ACMSP is built around senior-led engagement. Every project carries senior-level authority and accountability. That is the standard at one engagement, and it is the standard at fifty. The person on your project has the credentials, judgment, and decision authority your build requires, with senior oversight on every engagement.
For specialized scope (structural peer review, MEP commissioning, environmental, cost estimating, geotechnical), we engage vetted subject-matter experts on a per-project basis. You get the right specialist for the work without carrying the overhead of a permanent multidisciplinary team. Every recommendation still passes through senior review before it reaches you.
As the firm grows, the model stays the same: senior-level oversight on every engagement, with the team scaled deliberately to maintain that standard.
Every engagement at ACMSP includes direct founder oversight.
