Independent advisory, project management, and construction oversight for capital projects across Maryland and the Mid-Atlantic. Feasibility through closeout.
ACMSP exists to do one job: protect the owner's outcome. Most parties on a capital project represent themselves: the contractor delivering the build, the designer delivering the design, vendors delivering products. We represent the party whose capital is at risk and whose outcome matters most. That's you. We sit on your side of the table, with no conflicting commercial interest in the project's delivery.
That independence isn't a marketing claim. It's a written conflict-of-interest policy that we publish, sign, and operate by. Every recommendation we make is traceable to your interests, validated by data, documented in a risk register, and accountable in writing.
Read our Conflict of Interest Policy →Whether we're representing you as Owner's Rep on a single project or coordinating a multi-project capital portfolio, the operational discipline and the fiduciary positioning don't change.
Your fiduciary advocate from feasibility through closeout. We coordinate the design team, manage the contractor, govern the budget, and protect your priorities at every milestone.

Founder & President
Asa founded ACM Solution Partners after 25+ years inside the development industry, most recently as Development Officer for McDonald's Corporation, where he led the modernization of approximately 1,300 locations as part of the $1B+ Bigger Bolder Vision capital program.
Before that, more than 13 years inside McDonald's construction operations. He moved from Area Construction Manager in Phoenix to Regional Construction Manager across the Rocky Mountain and Baltimore-Washington Regions. Earlier, civil engineering design across retail, public works, land development, and water and wastewater infrastructure.
He brings the operator's perspective to the owner's representation seat: someone who's actually run a brand-program rollout, not just advised on one.
ACMSP serves as Owner's Representative only on projects where ACMSP and its affiliates hold no ownership or contracting interest. We publish our Conflict of Interest Policy, reaffirm it in every engagement letter, and provide it in writing to any client, capital partner, or procurement officer on request.
